My grandma has one of these in her house and I used it to make a few of my own. I didn’t come up with this on my own. just putting that out there. to make this I started by taking all of the clothespins apart. then I glued them back together but in reverse. then I looked at my example and recreated it. pretty simple when you think about it. The materials are hot glue and clothespins.
